ZOYA Park Avenue is the third address of the ZOYA collection in Budapest, after the Luxury Residence and the Garden Villa. The others are about the city; this one is about green. Step out of a quiet, tree-lined avenue and in three minutes you are in Városliget: cycle paths, the boating lake, Vajdahunyad Castle and the Széchenyi Thermal Bath.

Rooms of 12 to 24 m² over four floors, every one with its own bathroom. Room 05 opens onto a 22 m² private terrace; rooms 15 and 25 sit in the curved bay of the façade.

Arrival is through the garden: a 49 m² reception, a 52 m² breakfast room and a 30 m² gym open onto a terrace with café tables and the pool.

Reception, breakfast room and gym all open straight onto the garden terrace.
Városliget is Budapest's historic city park, and from ZOYA Park Avenue it is a three-minute walk. Take a bike along its cycle paths, run around the lake, row a boat in summer or skate on the same lake in winter.
Inside the park: Vajdahunyad Castle, the Széchenyi Thermal Bath, Budapest Zoo, the House of Hungarian Music and the Museum of Ethnography. Public MOL Bubi bikes are available around the park.
